Urjinbadam Chuluunbaatar started her arts and cultural career at the age of 18 in 1974 by playing in a movie "Two classmates". Since then, over 170 activities of 20 kinds of arts and cultural events have been initiated, organized and produced involving over 2 million people during the period of 30 years.
Many meetings, gatherings and activities including "The world with mother's lullaby", "Being proud of father", "Ancestry fortune", "Spouses fortune" and "Twin melody" giving an impetus to mothers, making the fame of women and men popular, supporting families as well as making twins happy are one part of the activities that create healthy and sustainable environment for not only the family but also the society to cherish, respect, support, improve and admire each other.
In 1986, Ch.Urjinbadam was appointed as the Head of Union committee of Bus Institute and organized "Standard service-Youths' goal" operation successfully which was also a great contribution toward saving expenditures, creating clean environment as well as enhancing consciousness of people. It has become a major activity that attracted attention of the people throughout the nation.
The State of Mongolia valued merits of Mrs. Ch.Urjinbadam and awarded with "Leading intellectual" golden medal, "Youth pedagogues", the 60th anniversary medal of People's Revolution, golden medal of leading officer of Mongolian Children and Youth Union, Government certificates, leading officer of Mongolian women organization, Leading artist of culture, "Polar star" order of Chinggis Khaan Academy.

Ch.Urjinbadam is a business lady who has established the first disco club, initiated many new and bright ideas, during hard times, managed art world through wise management and contributed highly towards creating young artists.
The results of her work can be seen from artistic stars, famous people, models and hairdressers who have been revealed from the competitions, measures and activities organized by Ch.Urjinbadam including "Flower on a rock", "beautiful lady", "Goyol", "Photo Miss" and "Yunden Googoo".
Some activities organized by Ch.Urjinbadam faced economic hardships at the time, though she overcame them with her strength and desire. However, economically it was difficult to rent and hire technical equipments as well as rooms, it was regulated and wisely managed through cooperating others effectively and learning management skills.
Ch.Urjinbadam is named "Show Queen" and "Mother Theresa" by American Mongols and this is the award for what she has done. One of the impetuses that showed her actions reached people is that composer S.Baatarsuh wrote "Man" song and children's author Yu.Sanjaagonchig wrote "Twin fortune" poem.
The issue of human rights as well as the peace is one of the main work directions of Urjinbadam Ch. She had organized the "Peace March" crusade against war and the festival for political themed song three times. Also she organized the competition of paintings, photographs, songs and poems among many talented youths and many of the participants became well-known, famous cultural figures as a result of bearing their secret talent and skills. In addition, she handed 5900$ to Red Cross Association, organizing the oil-lamp demonstration and meeting for the Mongolians on September 11, the tragic day in Washington city, and carrying out the Mongolian and Russian Youth Commemoration, Mongolian-Czech Youth Commemoration in Budapest as well as Mongolian and German Youth Commemoration in Berlin city. Seeing from the above-mentioned works, these measures are open to the public, useful and exemplary works. The book "Photographs tell history" of Urjinbadam Ch. shows that she had organized over 160 measures and let the millions of people involved.
